Classic Massage

Flowing, recognizable massage techniques that warm and prepare your tissues before engaging more deeply. These sessions integrate Swedish, myofascial, and neuromuscular work to ease your nervous system and address areas of tension or restriction. While the approach feels familiar, there's still room for exploration based on what your body needs—ideal for those seeking relief from chronic tension, improved mobility, or a deeply relaxing massage experience.

Intuitive Massage

A slower, more exploratory approach that follows your body's readiness to receive. Sessions may include long holds, gentle shifts, and tuning in energetically to your body's needs. The treatment plan unfolds based on what your body reveals in the moment—this may not feel like traditional massage at all. Best for those seeking nervous system regulation, wanting to explore a different relationship with their body, or open to a less structured, more intuitive experience.

  • The health and wellbeing of both my clients and myself as your practitioner is my highest priority. Please reschedule if you are feeling unwell, have a fever, or have been exposed to contagious illness such as COVID-19. The treatment space is thoroughly cleaned between sessions. I am happy to wear a mask if you are more comfortable.

Health history and informed consent are part of the intake process prior to your first session. This ensures that I am aware of any medications, injuries, and conditions that could affect treatment, as well as providing an opportunity to discuss boundaries before beginning our work together. I will also do my part to provide clarity and set clear expectations for treatment—if any questions come up for you during our intake conversation, please do not hesitate to ask.

  • Payment in full is due at the time of service via cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle. Credit card payment options will be available soon.

Trades and sliding-scale are established on a case-by-case basis— please reach out via email to discuss!

  • I do not accept insurance at this time. Some clients may be able to use HSA/FSA funds for massage— please check with your provider to see if this applies to you.

  • Cancellations and rescheduled appointments must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Changes made between 24-48 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% session fee, and changes made less than 24 hours before your appointment or no-shows will be charged the full session fee. I understand that life happens—exceptions for emergencies or illness can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

If you arrive late to your appointment, the length of your treatment will be reduced to respect my schedule and other clients. You will be responsible for the full session fee regardless of the shortened treatment time.
